Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement for the affected item. Shipping costs will be covered where applicable.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons outside of damaged or incorrect items.

    Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and an unboxing video as proof.

    Once we receive your request, we will review the details and may reach out if further clarification is needed. We will then notify you of the outcome.

  3. Replacement Approval
    If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions.
    Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  4. Shipping
    Return shipping costs are covered by us only for defective or incorrect items.
