HAYCE Atelier Exchange Policy

We accept damaged/defective apparel items within 7 calendar days of receiving your order (based on courier tracking date). Please note that HAYCE does not provide cash refunds exchanges or store credit (where applicable) only.


Very Important!

Here at HAYCE, we highly recommend recording a video during the unboxing process. 
To help us verify and resolve the issue quickly, we may require an unboxing video as proof should any concerns arise. This ensures we can provide the best possible support.


To be eligible for exchange:

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Item must be unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Exchange is applicable for size changes only, subject to stock availability
  • If your requested size is out of stock, we'll offer an alternative size, item swap, or store credit




Please note:

  • Sale/clearance, white-coloured, innerwear, accessories, and customised items are strictly non-exchangeable
  • Requests with signs of wear, stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage will be rejected
  • Minor defects on the inside of the garment (e.g. loose internal threads, inner seam stitching) that do not affect the outer appearance or wearability are not considered eligible for replacement
  • Customers are responsible for return and re-delivery shipping fees, unless the wrong or defective item was sent
  • For defective or wrong item claims, an unboxing video is required as proof
  • Please keep your return shipping receipt/tracking number until the exchange is completed

  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear photos/videos of item condition (and unboxing video if defective/wrong item)

Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided accordingly.
